Georgina Yescas is a distinguished entrepreneur and consultant in the artisanal cheese industry.

She co-founded Lactography in 2009, Mexico's first distributor of artisanal cheeses, and established the Mexican Cheese Institute in 2012. Her dedication to supporting female cheesemakers has earned her international acclaim. She joins our tours as co-host.

Georgina speaks Spanish, Portuguese, English and German fluently and often serves as translator.
